Tenth game in the [[Touhou]] series, ninth in the mainstream lineup, fifth in the Windows generation, and fourth mainstream game in the same generation.
An unusual spring has befallen in [[Gensokyo]] - flowers from all seasons start blooming at the same time. Various girls, with various reasons, wander around gathering clues in search of a solution, one which will lead them to a [[onozuka_komachi|lackadaisical shinigami]] and her [[Shiki Eiki|busybody employer]].
The game features the "versus system" introduced in the PC-98 generation's [i][[Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream]][/i].
Notorious for its manual, which gave Cirno her nickname "[[circled 9|⑨]]".
