Usually the main antagonists in the [[MACROSS]] [[mecha]] anime franchise. An ancient [[space]]faring race of [[giant]] humanoid [[alien]] [[soldier]]s. They were created as proxy warriors by the first humanoid civilization in the galaxy, the [[Protoculture]], 500,000 years ago. They have been at war with the [[Supervision Army]] since then. Physically, most of them resemble humans, though some have [[pointy ears]] and many diverse and unique skin, eye and hair colors. Prior to their first encounter with the human race, all members of the [b]Zentradi[/b] race were only reproduced and artificially fabricated through cloning. The Zentradi army is a fearsomely powerful force of millions of space warships and mecha produced in thousands of huge and massive automated space factories scattered across the [[galaxy]] and legions of expendable giant clone troops created in mass production facilities.
