[[Stand (jojo)|]] power of [[Jean Pierre Polnareff]] from [[JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken]]. Manifests as a slim, robotic-looking armored figure wielding a [[rapier]]. It's capable at moving at incredibly fast speeds, leaving many afterimages. When it removes its armor its speed is increased even more at the cost of defense. Its main weapon is a [[rapier]] which can turn into a projectile by "shooting" the blade from the hilt. Name is based on [i]The Chariot[/i] [[Tarot]] card of the Major Arcana.
