[b]由良[/b] (Named after the Yura River near Kyoto) Yura is the fourth Nagara-class light cruiser in [[Kantai Collection]]. Yura has [[green eyes]] and [[very_long_hair|very long]] [[pink hair]] in a [[ponytail]]. Said ponytail is wrapped full-length with a black ribbon and is secured by an array of guns ([[kumano (kancolle)|Kumano]] has a similar set up). She also has [[hair flaps]]. Her standard outfit is a [[serafuku]] that consists of a [[short_sleeves|short-sleeved]] [[white shirt]] with three large [[buttons]] and an [[aqua skirt|aqua]] [[pleated skirt]]. She also wears [[black footwear|black]] [[knee boots]]. With her [[remodel_(kantai_collection)|second remodel]] she wears the same uniform as Kinu and Abukuma before her. The serafuku now consists of a short-sleeved [[black jacket]] over a beige top, a [[grey sailor collar]] and [[grey_skirt|grey pleated skirt]], notably without shorts. She also now wears a [[red_ribbon|red]] [[neck ribbon]] and [[black_gloves|black]] [[partially fingerless gloves]], while retaining her boots. This remodel was officially teased on the cover of Comptiq's June 2017 issue (post #2719435), however in the preview she appears to wear bike shorts similar to Kinu and Abukuma's. Yura's [[machinery|battle kit]] features four single-[[cannon]] [[turret]]s, with two attached to her arms and two attached to her rigging at hip level. For her second remodel she holds a single-cannon turret with attached seaplane catapult in both hands.
