Shn Megami Tensei: Nocturne (真・女神転生III-NOCTURNE, lit. "True Goddess Reincarnation III-NOCTURNE) is the third game in the [[Shin Megami Tensei]] series. Know as "Shin Megami Tensei: Lucifer's Call" in PAL regions. In the story, the world comes to an end during an event called the "Conception", whose purpose is to destroy the old world in order to create a new one. The few survivors each possess a 'Reason', an idea of how the new world should be like. The main character, the [[Hitoshura]], must then choose which Reason he will support, achieving different endings for the story depending on which one is chosen. A Director's Cut version of the game was released, named "Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne Maniax", and featured an additional dungeon, bosses and [[dante_(devil_may_cry)|Dante]] from the [[Devil May Cry (series)|]] series as a recruitable character. It was this version that was localized into english and released outside of Japan. Another version of the game, called "Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne Chronicles" was released alongside a limited edition of [[Devil Summoner]]: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abbadon, where [[Kuzunoha Raidou]] replaced Dante as the special recruitable character. h4.
