He first appears in [[kirby's_adventure|Kirby's Adventure]] as the game's final boss, and he desires to spread nightmares all across Dream Land. He also appears in the [[kirby:_right_back_at_ya|anime]] as the main antagonist, where he desires to conquer the universe by selling monsters, usually to someone like [[King Dedede]]. The monsters, along with several other creations, come from his company Nightmare Enterprises. The villain, as his name suggests, is a living nightmare, and his one and only weakness is the Star Rod.
