One of the "Canaries" in Dungeon Meshi, a squad of elven criminals and nobles sent to dungeons to evaluate the danger they post to the world. Cithis is a [[dark_elf|dark elf]] that has been convicted of the use of black magic, although what sort has not yet been revealed. She is capable of hypnosis, though whether this qualifies as "black magic" is likewise unexplained.
