V2 Ambiguous tag, do not use.

If the character is wearing legwear but no shoes/boots/footwear in general, use [[no_shoes]].

If there's shoes, boots or similar in the pictures but they're not being worn, use [[shoes_removed]], [[boots_removed]], [[sandals_removed]] or [[slippers_removed]].
