Introduced in [[Guilty Gear Strive]], he is the Secretary of Defense in [[Guilty Gear]]'s version of the United States of America, and also the first to be in active military duty while serving in the cabinet. He's also the younger brother of the burger-eating Sheriff in Xrd -Sign-. He fights with a big coffin with an Area 51 label attached to it. Inside, it contains various weaponry and, oddly enough, some party props with a 'Cryptid' contained in it, serving as an aid in combat.
