The fully monstrous Avenger-class form of [[Medusa (fate)|]], appearing in [[Fate/Grand Order]]. Like Medusa, features [[purple hair]], [[very long hair]], a [[domino mask]], with [[huge_breasts|much bigger breasts]]. In addition, she gains [[monster girl|monstrous qualities]] such as [[claws]], [[scales]], [[snake]] hair, [[square_pupils|square]] or [[slit pupils]], and, in her final form, [[wings]]. Her outfit consists of a black or white [[bustier]], with a [[cleavage cutout]] and a long skirt with a [[pelvic curtain]], leaving the midriff and [[navel]] exposed.
