An NPC and boss encountered in Chapter 5 and Chapter 8. [expand=Click for spoilers]Mephisto, real name Eno, was a boy who likes singing. He was abused by his family and befriended Sasha, who soon to be Faust, in his past. He eventually contracted Oripathy after a fat woman forced a shard of Originium down his throat, damaging his vocal cords in the process. Alongside, he gained healing powers which he is able to control his infected bullies and burned down his own home with his family inside. He eventually regrets this and just wanted to sing only afterwards. The two boys eventually met Reunion and joined in, gaining their codenames. In Chapter 5, he uses his arts to bring back his fellow dead soldiers while waiting for reinforcements to arrive. After a battle against Rhodes Island and Lungmen, he is in distraught that the supposed reinforcements still haven't arrive. Faust convinces him to retreat and escape. During Chapter 6, after Faust death, he suffers from a mental breakdown for losing his only friend and later spiraled into depression and loneliness. At Chapter 7, he arrives at the sarcophagus where the [[doctor_(arknights)|Doctor]] of Rhodes Island was kept within before the story starts to "mend his wounds" of his past. At Chapter 8, Doctor and [[kal'tsit_(arknights)|Kal'tsit]] arrived to the sarcophagus and sees an avian creature with pale white features, shards of originium all over it's body and a dark crystal halo above it's head. The creature was Mephisto who has transformed into, losing every personality he has except his desire to sing.
