Artist and character designer known for, amongst others, [[Tetsuwan Atom]] (80s version), [[Gunbuster]], [[Gundam]] and [[Macross]] character design. While some of his most known and popular character designing work began in the 1980s, he continued being quite prolific during the 1990s and the 2000s.
