Touhou character. Stage 3 and Extra Stage boss of Mystic Square and later a recurring playable character. One of the few touhou (pc-98)|PC-98 era characters (along with Hakurei Reimu|Reimu and Kirisame Marisa|Marisa) to reappear in the Windows-era games. She first appeared in her current design as the Stage 3 boss of Perfect Cherry Blossom. She is often accompanied by her dolls, Shanghai Doll, Hourai Doll, or Goliath Doll.

A human-turned-youkai witch who specializes in manipulating dolls and using them to attack her enemies. Unlike Kirisame Marisa|Marisa, her neighbor in the Forest of Magic, Alice is not only rather aloof, but also somewhat cowardly at heart, refusing to use her full power for any reason because she would not know how to deal with losing. This nature leads to doujinshi portraying her as having some tendencies of being tsundere towards her human village (touhou)|human neighbor. Speculated to be the daughter of Shinki (touhou)|. Bearer of the Grimoire of Alice.
