A uchikake (打掛) is a formal [[kimono]] worn by the [[bride]] in a traditional Japanese [[wedding]]. Normally white and worn with a [[tsunokakushi]] or [[wataboushi]]. The pure white uchikake is called [[shiromuku]] (白無垢). h4.
