For when someone's hair is longer than the character's height, although judgement should be used in the case of [[chibi]] characters. Rule of thumb is a character is able to stand on their own hair. If you are unsure of whether the hair is long enough to qualify as absurdly long hair use the [[very long hair]] tag instead. h4.
