Elastigirl is a character in Pixar's 2004 film The Incredibles and its 2018 sequel Incredibles 2.
Her alter-ego is Helen Parr so any image that qualifies for the Elastigirl tag should also have the helen_parr tag. However not all Helen Parr images qualify for the elastigirl tag.
In order to qualify for the elastigirl tag the image must contain Helen Parr and something that indicates that Helen is also Elastigirl, such as her mask or another part of her costume, or her body stretching in a way that is superhuman.
Images with the Elastigirl tag should also have the superheroine and the_incredibles tag, as well as the_incredibles_2 tag if something in the image indicates it is from the second movie, such as her motorcycle, the color of her costume, or the mind control goggles, etc.
