When a rape victim who was sound of mind is no longer resisting. The use of "broken" is like "broken will", describing someone who has reached a point of giving up hope, enjoying being raped, insanity, or catatonia (see mind_break).

This is most likely what happens in pictures of for example netorare, ganondorf, tyrant/mrx most hentai villains raping other characters.

Mind control and drugs can be used while the victim is resisting.
This can also be posted on the pictures that are showing the aftermath of the victim's getting broken. If a video is apart of a longer video that has a broken rape victim then the tag is added by default.
