Character in [[Fullmetal Alchemist]] Warrant Officer [i]Vato Falman[/i] is an Amestrian soldier originally stationed at the East Area Headquarters in East City and one of Colonel [[Roy Mustang]]'s most trusted subordinates. He was recruited by Mustang for his innate ability to remember almost every detail, allowing him to act as a sort of recording device that does not leave any physical evidence.
