[[Nintendo]]'s sixth home video [[game console]], successor to the [[Wii]]. Its main controller is the [[Wii U Gamepad]]. It competed with [[Sony]]'s [[PlayStation 4]] and [[Microsoft]]'s [[Xbox One]] as part of the eighth generation of video game consoles.
