Being a dog girl she has extra ears|both human and dog ears and a dog tail, her upper lip is shaped like a :3|dog mouth and has fangs. She has brown eyes and long hair|long brown hair with bangs reaching hair_between_eyes|between her eyes. Her usual hairstyle consists of low twin braids and a bone hair ornament|bone-shaped hairclip, either twin braids|twin side braids or sidelocks with her second outfit and hair over shoulder with a pom pom hair ornament and a pink hairband|pink hair bow|bow bow hairband|hairband bangs pinned back|holding her bangs back with her third outfit. Her second, and specially her third outfit reveal that she has surprisingly large breasts.

On June 2022, Korone received her special outfit (post #5456001) after she became an official ambrassdor of Sega. In this particular outfit, Korone's eyes became green eyes|green and her hair turned blue_hair|blue to match with her Sonic the Hedgehog hoodie. She wears a black shirt with Sega's logo on it and with no pants. She also carries a Knuckles the Echidna plushie on her right arm.
