The first series in the [i][[time_bokan_(series)|Time Bokan]][/i] meta-series, running from 1975-1976. This series follows Tanpei and Junko, two lab assistants, as they search for Junko's missing grandfather through time in the titular machine. With the aid of a talking [[parrot]] named Perasuke, the pair search different time periods based on what he remembers. They are antagonized by the Time Skeletons, a group of villains aiming to use Perasuke to find powerful ores known as Dynamonds in order to rule the world.
