Also called the "Mexican Surfboard", this move is a painful [[submission hold]] in which one wrestler hooks their legs around an opponent's legs from behind in such a way that the wrestler's feet are pressed against the back of the opponent's knees, and then grabs their wrists before rolling into a seated position or on their back and lifting the opponent off the ground and compressing their shoulder blades.
