History In real life, [i]Vanguard[/i] was the Royal Navy's largest and fastest battleship (45,000 tons and 30 knots), but was the [b]last[/b] British battleship built and commissioned ([[Jean Bart (Azur Lane)|]] was the last commissioned in the world, in 1949/1955). She was built to a modified [i]Lion[/i]-class design meant to take in Courageous' and [[Glorious (Azur Lane)|]]' original 381 mm guns in storage to expedite construction.
