She is depicted as the leader of the original Iris Orthodoxy faction and later the [[Iris Libre (Emblem)|]] faction that is based off the Free French. Referred to as the "Cardinal" as a reference to her namesake, Cardinal Jean-Armand du Plessis, Duke of Richelieu. Consequently, she ends up with a very Christian personality.
In-game, she has [[Blonde Hair|blonde]] or [[orange hair|orange]] hair, [[purple eyes]], [[large breasts]] and she wears a [[short dress|short]] [[white dress]] with [[detached sleeves|detached]], [[striped sleeves|striped]], [[juliet sleeves]], and a [[red cape]]. She is also shown carrying a large [[French flag]] with the [[Free French flag|Cross of Lorraine]] in the middle, the symbol of the Free French.

Her [[rigging]] consists of her two historical 380 mm quad main gun mounts on white protective coverings, two 152 mm triple mounts on the sides of the main gun rigs, and a central section holding the two sides together that contains her bridge and [[radar|radars]].
