Zentreya is an English-languge Virtual youtuber who debuted in 2017. Initially an independent streamer mostly known for VRChat roleplaying, Zen joined VTuber group VShojo in November 2020.
She is noted for the use of a speech-to-text-to-speech system to produce a synthesized voice.

Zentreya is mainly depicted as a caring, insecure person prone to aggressive outbursts. While she typically tries to befriend those around her, she is also easily irritated and will not hesitate to insult or criticize those who wrong her or fail to correctly convey a message, though she holds back if the context doesn't allow her to be open for it. This attitude stems to her audience in that while she cares about them supporting her career, she fails at obliging to whatever requests they may have, and though not without provocation, is willing to insult her audience. The aggression she shows herself with is commonly conveyed through upfront deflections or the offensive gesture of the middle finger, preferring to use her emotions rather than reason as she rarely uses someone's personal flaws to base said insults off. When provoked to the point of insult, she is typically provoked by someone excessively asking something of her, questioning her basic standards, or generally demeaning her. It is stated that, in her introductory period, she was formerly more affable and was absent of aggression, retaining a positive and confident outlook and being more communicative with her community until she was eventually reduced of this upon her community's reactions to her general behavior. She is also very upfront about her opinions, stating whether or not she hates something, and in rare cases with a somewhat light approach, someone, with a brief but clear description, and uses logical approaches regarding said opinions in the case of them being impossible to accept otherwise.

Regarding her skill in gaming in itself, she is typically unable to play games with experience or even complete them, and is unwilling to follow any requests she may have to commit to the latter as a result of the former, to the extent that her community forcibly reminds her of the games that she has to complete. Combined with her aggressive tendencies, she repeatedly rejects the option to complete the games that she hasn't yet completed, highlighting her additional lack of dedication. Circumstantially, she is able to complete intellectual genres like strategy or puzzle games, though with only minor mistakes, due to their primary goal being obvious, and fails whenever the game genre requires a logical understanding of the game itself to be able to generally complete it, such as first-person shooter and sandbox. For example, in regards to Minecraft, the best-selling game of the 2010s, she is unable to catch onto the basic mechanics required to even be self-sufficient in basic terms.

Contradicting with her aggression, she is ironically submissive and lenient towards the antics provided by her community and avoids inflicting any punishments towards her viewers unless necessary. Though she is highly irritable, she knows not to take it out on her viewers in direct terms as she is also altruistic and understands that her viewers are simply playing jokes with her, deciding not to inflict the basic punishment of banning for a satirical, but half-hearted joke insult or even banning someone by request, in fact outright protesting against committing to the latter. However, according to her, this does not mean that she will move on from everything negative that is given to her and will express genuine intolerance of someone else if they manage to push her to the limit in question. When more upfront about her motives for doing certain things that she does, she is typically more associated with the highly popular virtue of Internet memes and exceeding levels of affection towards her friends and community both. She is highly enthusiastic about activity within the Internet and finds memes to be a defining part of herself, seemingly aiming more towards making references to things whenever intentionally and precisely exhibiting her traditional comedy. Regarding her general relations, she is accepting of everyone around her and rarely gets truly irritated by other people unless they cross her with some capacity of serious insult, accidental or not, instead perceiving the jokes exchanged between her and her community as well as, most notably, Haruka Karibu as a vitriolic element. When genuinely expressing gratification towards other people, she does not hold herself back and coordinates her words to make herself obvious that she holds no ill will, in fact almost never holding any in the first place, being highly affectionate and emotional, though this is more of an in-the-moment trait as she refrains from doing it when it's unnecessary to do so.
