V5 A female character/being that is both sexually attractive and creepy. Things like monsters and eldritch horrors can be considered Nightmare Waifus if they have a sexy enough appearance. Coincidentally most "Nightmare Waifus" are based off of fictional monsters. [Note: A simple spider girl would not fall under this tag JUST BECAUSE a girl with spider legs can be considered creepy by some people I.E. Rachnera, Arachnera or Muffet]

Must be connected to horror media in some way to qualify.
