[b]Migawari[/b] (Japanese, meaning [i]Scapegoat[/i]), [b]Substitute[/b] (English) A move in [i][[pokemon|Pokémon]][/i] media, which sacrifices some HP to create a decoy. When an opponent wants to attack the Pokémon who used Substitute, the Substitute is attacked instead. In virtually all games, the Substitute is a green reptilian doll.
