When a [[penis]] becomes erect ([[erection]]) unevenly due to a [[cock_ring]] or band of some sort preventing blood flow to the whole penis. This will result in the penis shaft on the side of the ring or band closest to the base to become large & erect while the shaft on the other side says relatively small & [[semi-erect]].
