Willow refers to a ghost from Fortnite: Save the World. She is an outlander who has previously died and exists after joining homebase once an incident was resolved at a Haunted Hotel. Little is known about her death other than "it was sad" and "she went to sleep and didn't wake up." She has stated she didn't pass on because she didn't want be with her family for eternity. She has helped homebase with various haunting story lines.

In Fortnite: Battle Royale she has existed as an Outfit and also an NPC in various seasons where it is implied that Gnash was an ex-boyfriend of hers, though it is unsure if this lore carries over to Save the World. It is implied in battle royale by her inclusion in the Final Reckoning pack that her existence in Battle Royale is related to Chaos Agent.
