Sliding something over the breast, or sliding the breast over something with pressure. Does not apply to grabbing the breast with an appendage that is tightened significantly more than the curvature of the breast; that would be breast_squeeze.

Mainly reserved for animated images. For a static image to have this tag, there needs to be evidence of movement, such as hands being in different positions relative to the nipples.
