Applies differently to males and females. For males, the hips must be narrower than the waist, forming a V shape. Avoid using this tag on males who have exaggeratedly huge abs that completely obscure their waists. However, due to Rule34 forbidding the depiction of minors, this would be virtually useless for females. Instead, their hips only need to be narrower than the expected width of their shoulders.
