When a character's [[testicles]]|[[balls]] are touching another character's face. Usually by their balls being pushed into their partner's face during [[fellatio]], by resting on their partner's face (covering their eyes and/or sitting on their nose), by being pressed into their partner's cheek, or by their partner pushing their nose into the balls.
