When a character's testicles|balls are touching another character's face. Usually by their balls being pushed into their partner's face during fellatio, by resting on their partner's face (covering their eyes and/or sitting on their nose), by being pressed into their partner's cheek, or by their partner pushing their nose into the balls.

If the character's balls are resting atop of their partner's head, but not touching their face, use balls_on_head instead.
