Lying Figures are humanoid-monsters in Silent_Hill_2, and the first enemy type James_Sunderland encounters.

Their entire bodies appear to be trapped in a strait_jacket of flesh, complete with shapely feminine legs and prominent buttocks. They stagger on feet that appear as though they’re wearing platform_heels encased in flesh. Their faces also appear to have a zipper in the middle.

An in-game cutscene seems to show pyramid_head either eating or performing an oral sex act on a lying figure before his boss fight.
