A character whose lower legs are large in circumference and/or overall size. While the calf muscles are specifically located on the back of the legs, this tag uses "calves" as shorthand for the entire lower leg. A character may have thick calves due to muscle definition, fat, or the art style - when done as a stylistic choice, the character's lower legs will often "merge" with their ankles and feet (see example 4 and 5).
