Wearing absolutely nothing (Unlike completely_nude, which only requires wearing nothing from the neck down). This means that glasses, hats, tattoos, hair_ornaments, and other such clothing items count against the tag.
Vivid hair color and nail color is fine as long as it's natural and not dyed.
