Boomer is Bubbles's male counterpart, created by Mojo_Jojo with snips as it's main ingredient and Chemical X, Boomer is known as the dummy of the team, the Rowdyruff Boys, villains of the Powerpuff_Girls.
He's a light skinned boy with short blonde_hair and unlike Bubbles's, his signature color is cobalt blue instead of Bubbles's main color that is sky blue, he has blue eyes and also wears a blue shirt with a black stripe in the middle, black pants and black sneakers.
