This tag refers to the limited edition McDonalds drink made to celebrate the birthday of the McDonalds character [[Grimace]]. In the time the shake was available, there was a video trend where someone would drink the shake, typically say happy birthday, and then the video would cut to the consumer dead/suffering presumably by drinking the drink.
