A [[Virtual Youtuber]] from [[Hololive English]]'s [[holoCouncil|second generation]]; she refers to herself as "Baelz Hakos", and her fans refer to her as "Bae". The leader of [[Holocouncil]], she's the embodiment of chaos who manifests as a [[mouse girl|rat girl]] to signify her power, her personal emoji 🎲 (dice) is a metaphor for her chaotic nature. Baelz has a habit of writing text upside-down (as shown by her first tweet "dnssɐʍ" (wassup)), which led to the creation of various upside-down fanarts of her; she later explained that this is a nod to her being from "[[Australia|the land down under]]". Essentially a reverse-case [[Watson Amelia]]. While she initially appeared to live up to her lore, being almost as chaotic as [[Kureiji Ollie]] during the first few weeks after her debut, she turned out to be the most "normal" member of the group, often ending up as the victim of her genmates’ antics and (ironically) stuck in the middle of their chaotic interactions. Her bright and loud character also contrasts with her introverted personality, as evidenced by her odd interactions with other members of [[Hololive]] and [[Holostars]]. She has arachnophobia, and expressed her discomfort at [[Akai Haato|Haachama]]'s habit of consuming spiders during her time in Australia. She is also known for her "love-hate" relationship with [[IRyS (hololive)|]] that originated from their first collab, in which Bae jokingly declared that they are "married" but later "divorced" due to IRyS pulling a prank on her in [[Minecraft]]. Bae would later behave in a somewhat [[tsundere]] manner towards IRyS, repeatedly denying the latter's insistence that they are still a couple, yet still naming other things that she likes about IRyS as well as frequently bringing her up in conversation. Another notable trait Bae has is that she does not use her higher-pitched voice as often as the other members, and occasionally prefers to talk in her normal register instead. Her character's high-pitched voice thus often clashes with her surprisingly deep real voice (even more than [[Ouro Kronii|Kronii's]]) with the exception of her wheezing laugh. She has [[mouse ears]] and [[mouse tail|tail]]. Her hair is mostly [[red hair|red]] with [[streaked hair|streaks]] of [[black hair|black]] and [[white hair|white]].
