A human or other non-equine creature that turns into a horse upon the light of a full moon or other such curse, spell or scientific transformation. May or may not keep their human intelligence once turned. Oftentimes accompanied by the transformation tag, as well as the penis_expansion, medial_ring, testicle_expansion and equine_penis tags if male or a futanari OR the crotch_boobs, equine_pussy or equine_vagina tags if female or futanari. Keep in mind a centaur or centauroid is NOT a werehorse, as they often keep their original species's top halves while their bottom halves change into that of a horse.
