A hypnosis-themed netorare hentai manga created by Deep_Valley. It ran from February 28, 2021 to December 31, 2021. It was adapted into an anime OVA by studio T-rex that was released on March 31, 2022. It was the first manga of Deep Valley's to be adapted.

It's an episodic story that follows the sexual exploits of Fukama, a sleazy teacher who gets ahold of a notebook called the Sex Life Guidance Notebook, which has supernatural powers. When its user writes the name of a person and sex act the user wants them to perform, the target is hypnotized to comply with the user's orders. Fukama uses this book to have sex with various busty and curvy female students he lusts after, stealing them from their love interests who are unaware of what he's doing. Each chapter focuses on a different female character that Fukama gets to have sex with.
