An action after someone is done removing_underwear and is giving it to someone else. Usually presented by vocally offering an item of clothing or holding_underwear with a fully outstretched arm toward another person.
It is intended to give the clothing to another person, so it is different from just presenting_underwear, presenting_panties, and similar actions.
