Used when someone's pubic_hair color (the carpet) matches the color of the hair on their head (the drapes). Used mostly in the context of unusually colored hair.
If someone's carpet matches their drapes, there is a high chance their natural hair color is the one portrayed (based on the fact that dyeing someone's pubic hair is uncommon).
