When a character's [[butt_cheeks]] slap together, making an audible clapping noise. It can happen if a character is hopping, making a sudden jump, is [[thrusting]], [[bouncing]] in place, [[shaking]] their butt or even while [[walking]]; however, it is most often associated with [[twerking]] — but not all images with clapping cheeks should be tagged as twerking. In static art and soundless animation, it can be represented by [[motion_lines]], afterimage, and/or [[motion_blur]] to suggest the buttocks moving, sometimes with [[emanata]] for the collision between the cheeks; onomatopoeia like "slap" or "clap" (or more evocative sound effects like "plap" "thwap" or "whop") are also frequently seen. The buttocks may also be drawn squishing together and rippling, usually along with the sound and visual effects mentioned above.
