h4. Appearance and personality
Flare is a dark-skinned female|dark-skinned elf with long_hair|long, streaked hair|streaked blonde hair, often kept in a high ponytail decorated with a hair ribbon. Alongside Shirogane Noel, she is one of the more mild-mannered among the 3rd generation members, in contrast to her colleagues' usada_pekora|crazy pranks, uruha_rushia|wild outbursts, or, well, Houshou Marine.

h4. Outfits
Her original outfit (post #3590234) consists of several pieces linked together including an inner top layer with cleavage and back cutouts, an outer corset, collar and capelet layer with shoulder and upper back cutouts, detached sleeves with elbow pit cutouts as well as a single thighhigh and pumps of contrasting colors.

Her updated outfit (post #3935402) is basically the same as her original outfit but with some of the fanservice aspects toned down. The inner top layer has no cleavage cutout but is strapless instead while she now has short shorts instead of what is assumed to be side-tie panties. To accommodate the shorts, her single thighhigh is shorter. Her 3D model uses this outfit.

Her New Years outfit (post #3822403) is a Taishou era-style outfit consisting of a furisode and hakama combination. The furisode is blue and has a white lily motif. Her hakama is red, fading to orange and then peach, somewhat like fire. Under the furisode is a white top with a high neck collar with a pendant attached to it. She has a simple half updo hairstyle in this outfit, accommodating a different hair ribbon.

Her "pure girl" vintage casual outfit (post #4203173) consists of a grey pinstripe_dress|pinstripe sailor dress and a black jacket. She also comes with a sailor-style hat and an assortment of eyeglasses. She has a french braid half updo with this outfit. An update gave her cat ears and headphones as bonus accessories along with two new haircuts: low twintails and hair down. This outfit has the particularity of matching both with Noel's casual outfit and shirakami_fubuki|Fubuki's lolita librarian outfit.
