Unlike the other idol franchise, [b]Love Live![/b] is notable for linking the fictional idol character with the [[real life]] semi-idol group consisted of a newly recruited [[voice actor|voice actress]] specifically for the character (with an exception of some members of the first installment who already have voice acting and music career).
