Synonymous with bouncing_testicles. When a character's balls|testicles are bouncing or in motion such as flopping, swaying, or other rhythmic movements in response to their body, especially during sex.
Typically applies to animations, but can also be used for images as long as there is a visual cue like a motion_blur or motion_lines to convey a sense of movement.
