Sledge Queen or also known as Aila is a raid boss in the Roblox game Decaying Winter originally created by Archeximus. She will spawn in the Castle part of the map in normal mode. She wields a sledgehammer as her primary weapon, and her secondary weapon is the Augmentation 'Knuckleboom' or known as the Arbiter perk. In castle her Raider's get alerted once you attack her and they will attack you. Hence, that is why her Raiders are jokingly referred to simps.
