When the sexual act or penetration is shown in a separate frame to show the internal anatomy of the participating character(s). For example, a depiction of vaginal intercourse where the vagina, cervix, and/or uterus are visible as seen in post #334344 or anal intercourse where the anus and/or intestines are visible as seen in post #6762805.

Use the x-ray tag instead of this for when the internal anatomy is visible through the body as if by use of x-ray_vision, as opposed to being drawn in a separate frame.
