I only recently realized that Meis canon for this character is that she doesnt have a host, she is literally just a venom symbiote that somehow doesnt need a host, and fell in love with Spuder-Man. Meaning that these proportions are purely meant to appeal to her husband. Mei has been saying that theyre working on the origin comic. I hope this comic explains how a venom symbiote evolved to not need a host, and fell in love with Peter, and also canonizes the fact that she keeps getting bigger, as her simply appealing to her husbands desires. That would be a really cute way to address that fact that she was not this curvy when Mei first drew her.

Kales is correct, Ameizing did make an image of a lady getting infected with the symbiote. They're just apparently so horny and in love that their minds reach a synchronicity. Making them not say 'we,' which is a thing that can happen in the comics.
